Task
HEIKAUS was to refresh the Italian chain restaurant Autogrill in the canton of St. Gallen. Two different food systems (bistro and Burger King) were to be harmoniously combined under one roof.
Challenge
The completely new technical development (electrical, sanitary, air conditioning) of the kitchen areas and difficult conversion conditions due to work on the basement level (crawlspace: room height of 1.30 m) became a challenge. Furthermore, the conversion time of six weeks was short and intense.
Solution
Our project manager in charge was able to master everything from comprehensive demolition to successfully managing a magnificent opening with his know-how.
